About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as commercial liaison to ensure storage contracts are implemented according to the negotiated terms.
  • Manage relationships with terminals and distribution centers, ensuring agility and efficiency in responding to operational demands.
  • Manage storage service contracts with the assignor and assignee, alerting the Infrastructure team to upcoming expiration dates.
  • Register contracts in the system.
  • Participate in meetings, committees, and working groups related to the department’s activities.
  • Analyze monthly reports and take part in weekly team meetings to align and advance area-related topics.
  • Ensure continuous updates to the database, guaranteeing the reliability of information used in analyses and operational support.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power BI.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is desirable.
