About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Control and monitor the IT budget (Budget vs. Actual).
Support the annual IT budgeting process.
Consolidate financial reports and variance analyses (forecast, variances, provisions, and optimizations).
Support CAPEX and OPEX management for the IT area.
Structure, document, and improve IT processes.
Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures.
Ensure adherence to corporate governance and audit guidelines.
Define, monitor, and report IT performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs).
Create executive dashboards to track the area’s performance.
Implement and monitor internal controls for the IT area.
Support internal and external audits.
Manage evidence for controls and processes.
Manage the IT asset inventory.
Ensure the CMDB is up to date and reliable.
Support configuration management initiatives and asset lifecycle management.
Produce management and executive reports for IT leadership and corporate areas.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Solid experience in IT governance.
Experience with IT budget management.
Experience managing performance indicators and controls.
Familiarity with IT governance and management frameworks such as COBIT and ITIL (preferred).
Experience with asset management and CMDB.
Knowledge of internal controls and auditing.
Experience with management and dashboard tools (Power BI, advanced Excel, or similar).
