About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Customer and/or carrier registration updates;
Creation and update of customer and carrier records in the ERP system based on requests received via the LECOM platform;
Review of content, documents and legal requirements;
Monitoring and updating expiration dates of documents and licenses required to ensure the regulatory compliance of carriers and customers;
Analysis and validation of guarantee/bond documentation;
Initiation of credit proposals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Engineering, or Economics;
Experience with customer and/or carrier registration activities;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
Intermediate English;
Availability to work flexible hours.
