About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Establish and communicate managerial cost prices to the company by analyzing and justifying all variables that compose managerial costing, ensuring accurate calculation and pricing, and executing the entire system input ("Input") process for the information.
Support internal clients in preparing commercial bids and in understanding and clarifying any questions related to managerial costs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Production Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
Solid knowledge of managerial cost components, including:
Operational and logistics cost structures
Taxation applicable to the fuels segment (ICMS, PIS/COFINS, monophase regime, Tax Substitution - ST, DIFAL)
Experience with cost modeling, base cost calculation, variance analysis, and simulations.
Advanced Excel, including mastery of functions, pivot tables, and Power Query.
Ability to work with large volumes of data and to cross-reference information.
Preferred:
Experience or specific knowledge in cost formation or price-setting in the fuel distribution sector (terminals/bases, primary/secondary logistics, storage, additive dosing, blending).
VBA for automating routines and models.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
Power BI
Power Automate
Power Apps
Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt or higher).
Intermediate English.
