About the role
- Lead last-mile delivery operations
- Supervise daily delivery scheduling (D+1)
- Ensure smooth communication with carriers and internal departments
- Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, delivery SLA, and service level
- Coordinate and develop the analysts under your responsibility
- Support management in defining expansion strategies
Requirements
- Mandatory degree: Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Preferred postgraduate/MBA: Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Integrated Logistics.
- ERP and TMS: SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, or transportation and distribution management systems.
- Advanced Excel: data analysis, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Power BI / Tableau: for monitoring KPIs and operational indicators.
- Routing and tracking systems: last-mile tools, geolocation, and telemetry.
- Skills: team management; planning and execution; clear and assertive communication; capacity for innovation.
