Lead last-mile delivery operations
Supervise daily delivery scheduling (D+1)
Ensure smooth communication with carriers and internal departments
Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, delivery SLA, and service level
Coordinate and develop the analysts under your responsibility
Support management in defining expansion strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mandatory degree: Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Preferred postgraduate/MBA: Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Integrated Logistics.
ERP and TMS: SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, or transportation and distribution management systems.
Advanced Excel: data analysis, dashboards, and performance reporting.
Power BI / Tableau: for monitoring KPIs and operational indicators.
Routing and tracking systems: last-mile tools, geolocation, and telemetry.
Skills: team management; planning and execution; clear and assertive communication; capacity for innovation.
