About the role

  • Design, implement and improve efficient planning and S&OP processes to ensure operational effectiveness;
  • Use advanced analytical tools to analyze demand patterns, market trends and consumer behavior;
  • Produce accurate forecasts to guide production planning and inventory management;
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, production and logistics teams to align strategies and optimize information flow;
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to promote effective communication;
  • Establish relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for planning and S&OP;
  • Regularly monitor KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions;
  • Optimize inventory levels to meet market demand while minimizing excesses and shortages;
  • Implement inventory management strategies to maximize efficiency;
  • Prepare periodic reports on S&OP performance, highlighting achievements and identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Present analyses and insights to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or a related field;
  • Advanced skills in analytical tools and planning software;
  • Proven experience in planning and S&OP;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment;
  • Exceptional analytical capability and a results-oriented mindset.
