About the role
- Manage contracting and negotiation processes for road and rail transportation, including drafting, reviewing and managing contracts.
- Evaluate and negotiate contract clauses, SLAs, compensation models and operational metrics.
- Develop cost analyses, scenario modeling and performance assessments to support tactical and strategic decisions.
- Define, monitor and report logistics and contractual KPIs to Management and executive forums.
- Prepare executive reports and management presentations focused on efficiency, cost, service level and risk.
- Participate in projects for logistics efficiency, network optimization and continuous improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply, Commercial, Legal and Finance teams.
- Operate in a high-responsibility environment with clear targets and challenging deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Statistics or a related field.
- Strong experience in transportation, logistics or supply chain, with emphasis on contracting, cost management or performance.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing and manipulating datasets.
- Experience with Power BI and PowerPoint for analyses and executive presentations.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and clear communication.
- Preferred:
- Previous experience negotiating freight and logistics contracts.
- Knowledge of applied statistics, scenario modeling or predictive analysis.
- Experience with report automation, data modeling or data integration.
- Basic programming skills (SQL, Python or similar).
- Intermediate to advanced English.
