About the role
- Conceptualize, plan and develop promotional and ongoing support campaigns for ALE sponsorships and ALE offline media.
- Execute ALE sponsorship activations, leveraging the best opportunities and ideas to strengthen the brand’s relationship with B2B and B2C customers;
- Plan and execute offline media strategies aligned with marketing and branding objectives
- Analyze target audiences, geographic coverage and campaign frequency for media initiatives
- Coordinate the production, adaptation and placement of materials, ensuring brand consistency
- Support planning of integrated 360° campaigns coordinated with digital media
- Support the development of the company’s strategic sponsorship planning by implementing communication projects, campaigns and external events;
- Conduct feasibility analyses for sponsorship and media activation initiatives;
- Evaluate institutional sponsorship proposals and recommend the best opportunities for brand exposure in outlets/events that align with the company’s institutional positioning and strategy;
- Liaise with commercial teams to involve clients in sponsorship activations;
- Manage suppliers (agencies, printers, internal departments)
- Develop management reports for immediate leadership;
- Monitor and control the monthly budget for assigned projects
- Availability to travel for on-site supervision of sponsorship activations;
- Support the development of audiovisual materials for campaigns, events and social media, prioritizing content relevance, presenter image and ensuring application of brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree in sponsorships, branding, live marketing or sports marketing (desirable)
- Advanced English

- Skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word (intermediate)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
