About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, prioritise and penetrate target enterprise accounts aligned to the CHAS Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Map complex stakeholder environments and develop multi-threaded engagement plans
  • Apply structured qualification methodologies (MEDDICC or similar) to assess deal quality and value
  • Build compelling commercial cases that clearly articulate ROI, risk reduction, and operational value
  • Navigate complex commercial negotiations and secure multi-year agreements
  • Maintain strong deal momentum across long and complex buying cycles

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years’ experience selling high-value SaaS, compliance, risk or consultancy solutions
  • Proven enterprise seller
  • Consistent track record of exceeding new business targets
  • Confidence managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong, value-based commercial approach
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and budget holders
  • Demonstrated credibility and strategic thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong personal organisation and disciplined pipeline management
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or a comparable CRM) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Comfortable operating in a field-based role with a high degree of autonomy
