About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for a portfolio of clients to ensure annual renewal of their SafeWorkforce subscription
- Build solid relationships with the portfolio and identify upsell and cross-sell growth opportunities
- Manage the customer lifecycle post onboarding - maintenance, development and support the renewal team if needed
- Update CRM weekly with opportunities and new contact details and notes
- Identifying upsell opportunities through the customer care call process and converting into upsell opportunities
- Carry out regular check-ins with the clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working within a customer success or key account environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Comfortable managing multiple workloads in a fast-paced setting
- Strong influencing and relationship management skills
- Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients to achieve positive outcomes and deliver an excellent customer experience
