Analyze business performance, contractor behavior, and data integration.
Collect and analyze data from multiple systems, including CRM platforms, Billing Systems (Zuora), financial Systems (NetSuite), and product analytics tools.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership using tools such as Power BI and Alteryx.
Help automate the current manual reporting.
Deepen analysis of contractor data to identify key drivers for churn or expansion.
Support forecasting and budgeting processes with data insights.
Analyze key business metrics to provide deeper insights into the business.
Work with teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.

Requirements

5+ years of data analytics experience with demonstrated expertise in SQL, Power Query or Alteryx, PowerBI and Excel skills, preferably in high-growth or PE-backed companies
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or related field
Comfort working with data from multiple systems and building integrated reporting solutions
Exceptional analytical abilities with proven problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
Ability to translate complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial metrics to operational drivers.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with financial systems (NetSuite or similar ERP platforms)
SaaS or subscription-based business model experience
International/multi-entity company experience
M&A or integration experience
