About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding various HR matters
  • Manage and support onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
  • Provide support and guidance on performance management and employee relations
  • Maintain employee records in the HRIS
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Support compensation and benefits administration
  • Assist in coordinating training and development activities
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Collaborative mindset and positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Desire to contribute to a positive and engaging employee experience
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with an HR system (e.g., UKG, Nethris, Sage, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with employees and managers at all levels
