About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
Scope workstreams, build delivery plans, track milestones and dependencies, and drive execution through completion
Own higher-stakes workstreams within larger programs
Lead working sessions with senior stakeholders and resolve delivery blockers
Manage dependencies and risks across workstreams
Support multiple concurrent projects and workstreams
Produce leadership-ready delivery health reporting
Detect delivery drift and emerging risks, escalating with impact assessments and recommended actions
Maintain delivery signal quality across complex and cross-functional work
Contribute to consolidated delivery reporting
Hold milestone cadence across quarterly planning cycles
Improve governance practices, delivery artifacts, and templates
Drive adoption of tooling and governance standards
Lead program onboarding for new initiatives
Drive retrospectives producing measurable improvement
Maintain master timelines and status views across concurrent workstreams and external partners
Host working sessions and status updates for stakeholders
Manage expectations across executive sponsors, senior stakeholders, and delivery partners
Track cross-workstream dependencies
Gather requirements and status and translate them into organized plans
Hold external delivery partners to agreed timelines and priorities
Report to the Group Director, Enterprise Delivery & Governance

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of progressive experience in project delivery or program support
PMP or equivalent certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner, PgMP)
Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven business
Strong understanding of software delivery cycles and product-led organizations
Track record of managing complex projects independently with minimal oversight
Strong delivery health and reporting capability
Proactive risk identification and impact assessment
Experience improving governance practices, delivery standards, or operational frameworks
Ownership mentality and accountability for delivery outcomes
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Senior stakeholder management experience
Ability to manage competing priorities and make sequencing and trade-off decisions
Experience supporting go-to-market, sales operations, or commercial transformation programs
Functional familiarity with Salesforce
Ability to map data and fields across Salesforce and adjacent systems
Ability to gather and communicate technical requirements to non-technical audiences
Based in North America
Working hours providing strong daily overlap with US business hours
Available for up to 25% domestic and international travel
