About the role
- Work in partnership with Account Managers as the technical focal point throughout the sales cycle.
- Build and maintain technical trust relationships with the clients you support.
- Engage with leads via calls, emails and other communication channels.
- Deliver presentations of the company’s products and solutions to leads.
- Identify success factors, conduct POCs (Proofs of Concept) and produce result reports.
- Support the sales process through to deal closure.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions with leads.
Requirements
- Experience in pre-sales developing technological solutions for contact centers.
- Knowledge of pre-sales techniques and lead qualification.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and able to work under pressure.
- Degree in Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields.
