About the role

  • Work in partnership with Account Managers as the technical focal point throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain technical trust relationships with the clients you support.
  • Engage with leads via calls, emails and other communication channels.
  • Deliver presentations of the company’s products and solutions to leads.
  • Identify success factors, conduct POCs (Proofs of Concept) and produce result reports.
  • Support the sales process through to deal closure.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions with leads.

Requirements

  • Experience in pre-sales developing technological solutions for contact centers.
  • Knowledge of pre-sales techniques and lead qualification.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure.
  • Degree in Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields.
