About the role

  • Own relationships with our global community of professional translators
  • Ensure every project is staffed with the right people at the right time
  • Build and maintain a global database of professional linguists
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors worldwide
  • Onboard new linguists and guide them through our processes

Requirements

  • Communicates confidently in English — both in writing and on calls
  • Thinks analytically and spots patterns in data and performance metrics
  • Is genuinely curious about languages, cultures, and how the world communicates
  • Stays organized under pressure and manages multiple tasks in parallel
  • Works independently and takes ownership of their responsibilities
  • A second (or third!) foreign language — it's a real advantage in this role
  • Background in translation, localization, or linguistics
  • Experience working in international or multicultural environments
  • Familiar with AI tools (Cursor, Antigravity, ChatGPT, etc.)
