About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative and corrective maintenance for all production equipment including technical problems in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems
- Assisting others with technical problems on within the team including production personnel
- Assisting in parts repair shop to rebuild and restore used parts as an “as built” condition adding to the annual cost avoidance total
- Assisting with improvements to the maintenance systems (Preventative, Corrective, Predictive, and Spare Parts)
- Assisting with technical projects for equipment retrofits and upgrades, and with revising or writing SOPs and shop repair instructions
- Optimizing manufacturing equipment and processes to provide balanced gains in product quality, output, product yield, and cost reduction
- Assisting with completing validation protocols
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- 1 Year of Relevant Experience
- Industrial Maintenance Experience
- Experience troubleshooting & repairing production equipment
- A related technical school certification or equivalent training or experience (e.g. manufacturing technology, electrical engineering, etc.)
