About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage Investigator Initiated Trails (IIT) level contracts and timelines
Implement regional/functional medical operations plans aligned to MA strategy
Maintain and support globally aligned KPIs and reporting needs
Serve as point of contact for IIT processes and systems
Assist in tracking Share of Voice (SoV) activities for Congresses
Act as SME and first-line support for GMA customer relationship systems
Manage vendor onboarding and operational transactions
Track regional IIT progress and facilitate meetings
Identify and implement process simplification and innovation opportunities
Provide mentorship to junior associates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)
5 Years of Relevant Experience
PMP Certification (preferred)
Vendor management experience
Good working knowledge of project and/or program management principles
Good understanding of medical affairs, clinical research, product development, regulations
Good knowledge of collaboration platforms (MSOffice 365, SharePoint) and ERP platforms (SAP)
Ability to use AI-powered assistants per company data protection standards
Bilingual in both English and Spanish (ideal)
