About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading and managing a portfolio of strategic procurement and sourcing projects, with a strong focus on Indirect Procurement initiatives.
- Coordinating and facilitating Sourcing Councils, including agenda preparation, action item tracking, stakeholder follow-up, and progress monitoring.
- Driving project planning, timelines, milestones, risk management, and execution to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
- Tracking project-related spend, savings, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to provide clear visibility and executive-level reporting.
- Building and improving project governance, dashboards, reporting tools, and processes to support decision-making, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent years of directly related experience may be considered.
- Around 10 years of experience in project/program management, preferably within Procurement, Indirect Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Finance-related projects.
- PMP, PMI, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with spend tracking, savings reporting, budget consolidation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience working with senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders, with strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence without authority.
- Ability to create, improve, and follow structured processes while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong English communication skills, including the ability to clearly present complex information through PowerPoint and executive updates.
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or equivalent platforms.
