Regional Sales Manager
AlconRegional Sales Manager leading the sales team and managing commercial arrangements in Queensland for Alcon. Focusing on achieving sales plans and building professional relationships in the eye care industry.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achievement of the sales plan for the region
- Coach and motivate the sales team
- Responsible for commercial arrangements within the region
- Responsible for building and maintaining positive professional relationships with all external stakeholders in the territory
- Assist the sales team in maintaining relationships and gaining commitment and usage of promoted products through meeting with key customers
- Representation of the company at trade association meetings to promote product
- Drive and own the talent selection / hiring process for key roles
Requirements
What you’ll need- Tertiary qualifications in Science or Business
- A minimum of 5-10 years sales experience in medical devices
- Minimum 3 years field sales management experience
- Proven record of Sales success
- Strong understanding of Ophthalmic procedures, product technology
- Ability to set objectives
- Strong leadership experience
