About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintenance of local critical data on the ERP and CRM systems
Perform Bona Fides checks to validate customer qualifications
Setup new customer accounts on CRM and ERP system
Ensure correct invoicing and payment terms
Liaise with sales force team to flag new accounts and resolve queries
Investigate price disputes and maintain related logs
Manage customer financial data
Implement promotional activities on the system
Run customer master data reports and conduct regular data cleansing
Extract reports and provide backup for GEM affiliates

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years in master data management preferred in Medical Device industry
Mandatory SAP Master Data Management experience
Good working skills with MS Office suite (MS Excel, Power Point, Access)
2 years interacting with senior internal and/or external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
Native or fluency in English AND Arabic (verbal and written)
