About the role

  • Designing and implementing efficient production processes for mass production
  • Conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and guiding technical specifications
  • Drive technology‑based problem solving, on‑the‑floor support, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure full compliance with GxP regulations by following SOPs
  • Analyze yield, scrap, throughput, and equipment performance data; develop engineering recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • Experience in manufacturing process engineering within a regulated environment (FDA, ISO, GMP)
  • Hands‑on experience with statistical analysis, DOE, SPC, Minitab, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with automation, robotics, or high‑volume production equipment
