About the role
- Lead end‑to‑end procurement for assigned projects, including scope development, sourcing strategy, contractor shortlists, bid reviews, and award recommendations.
- Negotiate project‑specific and master agreements for demolition, remediation, abatement, environmental consulting, and related services.
- Manage contractor and supplier relationships, ensuring performance, issue resolution, and alignment with project needs.
- Track cost savings and avoidance opportunities; support quarterly project reviews and procurement forecasting.
- Coordinate with internal partners—including Legal, commodity managers, and environmental teams—to support project execution across multiple locations.
- Prioritize diverse procurement needs while implementing global procurement strategies and managing multi-million‑dollar agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of procurement experience, including negotiation and sourcing.
- Ability to work with virtual customers at various organization levels
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder‑influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with virtual, cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint; experience with Oracle EBS and DocuSign is a plus.
- Professional certifications (CPM, APICS, CIPS, PMP) preferred.
- Fluent/advanced English required.
