About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, execute, and oversee strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring all projects are aligned with company objectives and delivered on time.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, paid ads, affiliate marketing, content, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with the affiliate marketing team to integrate partner communications into ongoing campaigns and produce content that supports partner success and long-term program scalability.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure marketing-related product updates, website changes, and landing pages align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with copywriting and design teams to develop effective strategies and promotional materials.
  • Manage workflows in ClickUp and Jira from task creation through completion — including delegation, tracking, and stakeholder review.
  • Analyze campaign performance, measure key metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communication channels.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing management or equivalent role, with proven campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Experience in Forex, Prop Firms, trading, or financial products is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, content marketing, and brand positioning.
  • Experience in paid media is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, multi-language environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
