Financial Planning and Analysis

• Pre-accounting and processing of supplier invoices and travel expense claims in DATEV and Pleo
• Retrieving bank transactions and performing account reconciliations in DATEV
• Handling incoming mail for Finance/Invoices
• Supporting outgoing invoicing and dunning processes via sevDesk
• Assisting with analyses and reporting for the Finance team
• Supporting month-end closing
• Assisting in the implementation of finance projects and contributing to the continuous improvement of existing processes

• You support and take responsibility for handling employee inquiries in day-to-day operations.
• You maintain and manage our HR tools, ensuring up-to-date data.
• You handle parts of the organization of onboarding and offboarding (e.g., welcome materials, IT checklists, offboarding formalities).
• You create and maintain reports, analyses, and presentations on HR metrics.
• You assist with payroll preparation.
• You support the end-to-end recruiting process and help ensure smooth recruitment operations.
• You assist with legally relevant core HR tasks such as drafting contracts, references, and certificates based on templates.
