About the role
- Independent responsibility for managing clinical drug trials, non-interventional studies (NIS), and medical device studies
- End-to-end project planning and execution
- Coordination and leadership of the project team across multiple functional units and countries
- Primary client contact
- Management of global vendor relationships (partner CROs)
- Training and support for the project support team
Requirements
- Degree in a natural science or equivalent qualification, ideally with a medical focus
- Professional background in CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry; 1–3 years of experience in clinical research, monitoring, or project management
- Experience with non-interventional studies (NIS) and academic clinical trials preferred
- Solid knowledge of GCP/ICH, ISO 14155, ISO 20916, and AMG (German Medicines Act)/MDR/IVDR
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-player attitude
- Proactive contribution to the ongoing development of the company
