Requirements

What you’ll need

5–10+ years of experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams with increasing operational responsibility.
Experience leading operations in the BAS/HVAC controls industry; data center experience strongly preferred.
Direct experience executing data center projects and/or working within data center operations.
Proven ability to hire, build, and scale high-performing teams.
Demonstrated success developing leaders and building organizational capacity.
Strong experience managing people, organizational dynamics, and conflict.
Experience managing financial performance of projects and/or a project-based business.
Ability to scale operations while maintaining execution quality and accountability.
Strong resource-planning and capacity-management skills.
Track record of continuous improvement and process optimization.
Strong execution discipline and ability to standardize processes without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
Strong technical credibility and understanding of mission critical infrastructure and operations.
Calm, composed, and decisive under pressure.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence.
