About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate assigned contract renewals
Execute low to medium dollar and complexity sourcing activities
Request and assess vendor quotations
Negotiate and coordinate low to medium-risk agreements
Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors
Coordinate reviews with Legal, Risk, Privacy, and other partners
Monitor procurement systems and reports for upcoming contract expiries
Work within established procurement and contract policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree
Supply chain management designation such as SCMP, CCMP, or CIPS
Minimum of two years of experience in a sourcing specialist, buyer, purchasing, or procurement role
Foundational knowledge of sourcing, contract renewals, quotation analysis
Ability to analyze and summarize financial and contractual information
Research skills to assess market pricing
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Sound organization and time-management skills
Professional judgment and escalation abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and procurement systems; Coupa experience is an asset
Collaborative, service-oriented approach
