About the role
- Responsible for business development, including prospecting, selling, and retaining corporate business
- Develop and manage relationships with strategic advisors
- Provide training, sales tools, and resources to effectively promote and sell
- Conduct market research, attend industry events, and proactively seek partnership opportunities
- Follow up on corporate account quotes and proposals
- Present renewals to assigned book of business
- Lead sales, administrative, and educational presentations
- Work with all group business units on issues relating to administration of corporate accounts
Requirements
- Life, Accident, and Sickness licensing required
- Group Benefits Associate (GBA) or higher designation preferred
- Continuous learner with desire for improvement
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze performance metrics
- Demonstrate professionalism and excellence in sales ability and presentation skills
