Business Analyst

• Act as a liaison between IT users, leaders, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and the Strategy team to develop compelling business cases for corporate initiatives.
• Support tracking of benefits and value realization.
• Evaluate potential solutions, whether through technology, process changes, or new business strategies.
• Plan project planning, risk assessment, and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
• Consult with clients to gather and effectively capture complex business requirements in the form of use cases.
• Document requirements using use case modeling concepts.
• Liaise with the technical staff to provide the business perspective during system analysis and design phases.
• Work with project managers to plan the day-to-day management of the business analysis, design, development, and testing tasks.
• Support design and documentation of future state processes and data flow.
• Actively participate in project review meetings providing status updates to the business sponsor and project manager.
• Coordinate the efforts of other business analysts.
