About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Social media & website maintenance: Concept development, editing and technical management of our social media channels, as well as regular updates to our website
- Communications campaigns: Planning and executing creative campaigns that engage our target audiences
- Content creation: Writing copy for social media, PR, presentations and internal communications
- Video & graphic design: Developing storyboards, video editing and designing appealing graphics
- Analysis & reporting: Evaluating the performance of our social media activities and identifying optimization opportunities
- Press relations: Handling press enquiries, researching topics, sending press mailings and maintaining distribution lists
- Event & project support: Assisting with internal and external events as well as digital marketing projects
- Research & administrative tasks: Supporting data analysis and organizational tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled in a degree program in Communications, Media, Marketing or a related field
- Creative, with a strong sense for language and an affinity for digital communication
- Some experience in social media management and content creation, and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or video editing software
- Independent, structured and proactive working style with a hands-on mentality
- Team player with a desire to drive initiatives forward
