About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the technical arm of our commercial organization
- Own the pre-sales security and compliance reviews and integration conversation
- Work with IT stakeholders for technical discovery
- Scope integrations and migrations
- Own RFP and security questionnaire responses
- Design and own the pre-to-post-sales handoff
- Build enablement content and standards
- Define structure and hiring plan for the Solution Engineering function
- Collaborate with internal teams for coordinated delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in customer engineering, solutions architect, or pre-sales engineering function
- Experience scaling a customer or solutions engineering function
- Solid grasp of enterprise integration patterns
- Hands-on experience scoping integrations across enterprise data environments
- Familiarity with AI-native platforms
- Experience owning RFP responses and security questionnaires
- Ability to scope technical services engagements
- Executive presence and strong written communication
