About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, driving them to meet and exceed goals.
  • Serve as a hands-on leader in a dynamic B2B environment, modeling successful sales strategies and empowering the team to effectively promote premium offerings in a competitive market.
  • Accompany sales representatives on client visits to provide hands-on support throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated client issues effectively.
  • Oversee and coordinate all sales activities related to products, services, and other offerings.
  • Provide mentorship to experienced sales professionals while delivering training and development support to newer team members.

  • Analyze operational data and sales reports to forecast future sales trends and assess profitability.
  • Stay informed on customer preferences and market trends to refine sales techniques.

  • Review and approve expenditures in accordance with budget guidelines.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions-based selling, business-to-business, commercial, and/or other related sales experience is required.
  • Experience in a Sales Manager, supervisory or management position is highly preferred.
