About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan tactical trade marketing activities focused on increasing sales and strengthening consumer engagement with the brand.
  • Monitor the performance of actions and their returns, ensuring agility in revising approaches to optimize results.
  • Track action results through ROI (Return on Investment), pursuing continuous improvement and new market practices.

  • Review reports and dashboards to understand the main gaps/opportunities in channels and define action plans to improve results.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities (preparing briefings, execution and approval of creative materials) with agencies and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with business partners, seeking synergy and new collaboration opportunities for the brand.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Communications and Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in Trade Marketing.
  • Valid Category B driver's license.
  • Specialization course in the field of work.
  • Intermediate English.
