About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Budget, Forecast and Financial Planning processes for the Commercial Directorate, ensuring visibility of results and alignment with business objectives.
Manage and monitor the budget for the main commercial expense lines, including commissions, sales incentives, trade marketing, commercial channels and store operations.
Serve as the primary interface between the area and FP&A, Controllership and Accounting teams during monthly close processes, financial previews, provisions and result analyses.
Monitor budget execution, identifying variances, risks and opportunities, and propose corrective actions and efficiency gains.
Perform financial analyses and feasibility studies to support commercial leadership decisions, evaluating performance, return on investment and resource optimization.
Develop analyses and recommendations for variable compensation models, incentive campaigns and commercial policies, seeking financial efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
Ensure proper management and maintenance of the area's financial structure, including cost centers, ledger accounts, provisions, reclassifications and journal entries.
Lead the preparation and presentation of the Monthly Finance and Expenses Committee for the Commercial Directorate.
Develop controls, analytical databases and financial metrics that support the area’s management and decision-making.
Work collaboratively with business and corporate areas to ensure data consistency, financial governance and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience with Capex/Opex and P&L.
Knowledge of and participation in Budget and Forecast processes.
Experience in Financial Modeling.
Knowledge of Protheus (TOTVS).
Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, others).
Experience in the Telecom sector.
English proficiency.
