About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Definition and Evolution of Architecture: Create and implement the network "TO-BE" vision and technology roadmaps in accordance with global best practices and standards (WBBA – World Broadband Association, TM Forum, MPLIFY/MEF, etc.).
IP and Transport Engineering: Manage the design and evolution of the Edge, Core, Aggregation and Access layers, including IP/MPLS backbone and DWDM, ensuring scalability and resilience.
Support Internet services (fixed broadband), TV, Voice and other VAS (value-added services) for B2C and B2B customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience with large-scale IP/MPLS networks, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
Deep knowledge of Core, Edge, DWDM, IP routing (BGP, OSPF/IS-IS, MPLS) and network architecture.
Familiarity with OSS/BSS for network management.
Leadership ability, strategic vision and skills to develop teams.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Networks, Telecommunications or Project Management (advantage).
High-level certifications (CCIE, JNCIE) (advantage).
