About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and develop tactical initiatives to boost sales channels, focusing on both sales conversion and creating memorable in-store brand experiences.
- Propose and implement performance acceleration levers in cross-functional partnership with the Commercial, Communications and New Business teams.
- Prepare detailed sales analyses to guide Trade Marketing investment decisions, ensuring regional relevance and cost-effectiveness.
- Create and monitor dashboards and performance reports to identify gaps and opportunities across channels, structuring immediate action plans to exceed targets.
- Measure the profitability and ROI (Return on Investment) of all implemented activities, driving continuous improvement and the financial health of the business.
- Oversee the daily operational workflow with suppliers, from preparing briefs and approving materials to negotiating timelines and costs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to propose new merchandising materials and differentiated tactics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Communications and Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or related fields
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Trade Marketing
- Category B driver's license
- Specialized course in the field of expertise
- Intermediate English
