About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and track the area’s expenses, ensuring adherence to the budget and identifying variances, risks and opportunities;
Perform financial analyses of marketing initiatives, supporting leadership in performance evaluation and investment optimization;
Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing processes for the area’s expenses;
Consolidate financial information and prepare management reports;
Manage and monitor accruals, purchase orders, contracts and financial entries related to the area’s initiatives;
Develop and maintain controls, databases and analytical views that support the area’s financial management;
Work in partnership with areas such as Finance, FP&A, Accounting and Marketing to ensure alignment and consistency of information;
Support continuous improvement, automation and the evolution of the area’s financial and analytical processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Finance or a related field;
Experience in financial monitoring, budgeting, expense control or financial planning;
Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel);
Analytical, organized profile with the ability to prioritize;
Good communication skills and ability to interact with different functions and levels within the organization;
Ability to perform in a dynamic environment, balancing operational and analytical activities.
