HR Intern – Admissions and Onboarding

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Screen and verify pre-employment documents.
- Track completion/submission of pre-employment medical examinations (ASO).
- Keep the employee database and digital files up to date.
- Support the process of recording hires in the HR system.
- Assist in drafting internship contracts and internship commitment letters, and manage document signatures.
- Assist in providing basic support to new hires with questions about benefits and internal policies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields (preferably from the 2nd year onward).
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Availability for a 6-hour workday.
