Planning Analyst – Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shift Scheduling: Creation and management of work schedules, training schedules, and analysis of improvement opportunities.
- Workforce Management (WFM): Schedule generation via WFM, system configuration, and adherence analysis.
- Productivity Control: Analysis of metrics such as Average Handling Time (AHT), absenteeism, adherence, and Service Level, proposing adjustments to increase operational efficiency.
- Performance Reports: Preparation of daily reports on call center performance and achievement of planned targets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Experience in call center planning;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Intermediate English;
- Experience in the telecommunications sector;
- Experience with WFM (Workforce Management).
