About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shift Scheduling: Creation and management of work schedules, training schedules, and analysis of improvement opportunities.
Workforce Management (WFM): Schedule generation via WFM, system configuration, and adherence analysis.
Productivity Control: Analysis of metrics such as Average Handling Time (AHT), absenteeism, adherence, and Service Level, proposing adjustments to increase operational efficiency.
Performance Reports: Preparation of daily reports on call center performance and achievement of planned targets.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (completed);
Experience in call center planning;
Advanced knowledge of Excel;
Intermediate English;
Experience in the telecommunications sector;
Experience with WFM (Workforce Management).
