Administrative Assistant – Planning
Alares InternetAdministrative Assistant role in Fortaleza supporting the Planning team at Alares. Responsible for organizing and planning to ensure productivity in the work environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor online customer service metrics
- Prepare daily results reports and identify root causes of deviations
- Execute predefined contingency actions on customer service platforms
- Identify and prospect new leads (inbound and outbound)
- Assess whether a lead fits the profile and has interest in the solution (fit)
- Make initial contacts via phone, email, WhatsApp, or social media
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team (closers)
- Follow up with leads that have not yet progressed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in commercial/customer service
- Availability to work afternoons and evenings
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Excel
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields
- Courses in IT / computer skills
- Familiarity with the Nice system and USO Digital
