Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and maintain KPI performance dashboards (Power BI) for Credit and Collections;
Review the Credit and Collections Policy and ensure its proper implementation;
Prepare and present committee materials to the Board of Directors;
Prepare the department budget and monitor the forecast;
Monitor the performance of collection partners;
Monitor the execution and performance of the company's PDD (Provision for Doubtful Accounts);
Monitor the department's improvement roadmap.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
Advanced Excel skills;
Intermediate knowledge of Power BI and Python;
Postgraduate degree in administration or finance;
Advanced English;
Experience or knowledge of telecom operations;
Experience or knowledge in personal credit analysis;
Experience or knowledge of antifraud processes;
Experience with collections for individual and corporate customers;
