About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor, structure, and analyze store performance indicators (churn, revenue, profitability, productivity, etc.);
Manage relationships with stores, ensuring strategic and operational alignment;
Develop analyses and Power BI dashboards to track results;
Use Artificial Intelligence tools for analyses, automations, and productivity gains;
Create and structure prompts to optimize analyses, routines, and insight generation;
Create and support the standardization of scripts and operational workflows with stores;
Identify improvement opportunities based on financial and operational data;
Support the development of action plans to increase profitability and reduce disconnections;
Perform financial analyses of stores (margin, viability, return, etc.);
Work in synergy with areas such as Sales, Operations, and Finance;
Lead results follow-up meetings with stakeholders;
Propose improvements to processes, workflows, and KPIs;
Conduct on-site visits to stores when necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields);
Solid experience in KPI analysis and performance management;
Experience with financial analysis and profitability of operations/units;
Knowledge of Power BI (dashboard development and data analysis);
Knowledge of Python for script development and maintenance;
Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools, including prompt creation for analyses, automations, and productivity improvements;
Analytical profile with a strong data- and results-orientation;
Good communication and influencing skills;
Must reside in Itupeva, Sorocaba, or São Paulo.
