About the role
- You’ll be able to tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many stakeholders.
- You’ll design efficient systems and engineering practices to align with and facilitate interactions between multiple teams/products.
- You’ll have the opportunity to influence the product direction, mentor other engineers & lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access.
- You’ll be able to contribute to hiring your future coworkers and shape candidates’ hiring experience (improving our technical assessment process etc...)
Requirements
- Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences.
- Good experience building and shipping mobile applications
- Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies, and proficient in Object-Oriented Programming using Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, and C#.
- Clear progression in your career - increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time.
- Self-starting and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching.
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority).
- Fluent in English (no need to speak French!).
- Experience building digital health products in a fast-paced environment
- Mobile development experience (React Native) - our members live on mobile
