About the role

You'll work side by side with experienced team members to build Alan's Occupational offer from 0 to 1, helping us craft the foundations of a product we expect to be a major breakthrough in how companies care for their employees’ health at work.
You’ll tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many stakeholders.
Design efficient systems and engineering practices to align with and facilitate interactions between multiple teams/products.
Influence the product direction, mentor other engineers & lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access.

Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences.
Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies.
