About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operations Coordinators (or 'Ops Runners') are at the heart of our run organization: they operate our processes daily while continuously improving them.
  • They work in pools of 3–7 runners, each collectively responsible for a specific scope — for example:
  • Alan Clinic / Therapy: Maintaining smooth relationships with psychologists, matching therapy supply and demand, managing onboarding, invoicing and booking.
  • Claims: Handling claims, monitoring external service providers, and ensuring a best-in-class experience for our members.
  • Fraud: Investigating suspicious claims, preventing fraudulent payments, and developing new prevention methods.
  • Set up: Ensuring seamless onboarding/offboarding of employees and billing for our customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1 to 4 years of experience (internships and apprenticeships count!), from a variety of backgrounds: operations, customer support, account management, logistics, coordination, etc.
  • Passionate about delivering and optimizing high-quality operations; not afraid to get your hands dirty with technical processes.
  • A strong problem-solver and challenger with a "dig deep" mindset, driven by member and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable diving into data.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up and a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and French.
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to adjust to changing situations.
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris.
  • Bonus: Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus!
