About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You'll own effectiveness initiatives end to end, setting the roadmap, designing the solution, building it, driving execution, and managing change across the organization.
  • You'll spend meaningful time in the field to spot gaps in our sales process, then design smarter workflows by eliminating steps and increasing automation.
  • You'll evaluate new tools and technologies, run tests, and roll out what works.
  • You'll mostly work with low-code tools (like Zapier or n8n), AI, Salesforce, SQL via Metabase, and whatever else the job calls for.
  • Enablement is a key part of the role: you'll shadow, train, measure adoption, and iterate until change sticks.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role (RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness).
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and project management skills, and be comfortable running initiatives independently.
  • Have a builder mindset and enjoy being hands-on.
  • Be confident with change management, including shadowing, training, measuring adoption, and iterating.
  • Have solid SQL skills and be comfortable querying, joining, validating data, and building reliable segmentation logic.
  • Have real experience working with AI: you know the major LLMs, can build and optimize prompts, design AI-powered sales workflows, and integrate AI steps into automations.
  • Have proven automation / low-code expertise (Zapier or equivalent).
  • Be comfortable with CRM fundamentals, specifically Salesforce.
  • Be able to define metrics, build dashboards, and communicate insights clearly.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have full working proficiency in French and at least an advanced level in English.
