About the role
- Over a period of 18-24 months, you’ll have the opportunity to gain essential Sales skills, that will prepare you for more senior positions within the Sales community.
- You will work as a Business Development Representative (BDR), where you will learn the fundamentals of Sales:
- Develop an effective prospecting strategy;
- Understand the specifics of a market;
- Spark the interest of a prospect via various channels (email, social networks and cold calls);
- Book qualitative discovery meetings with C-Levels.
- After 12 months in a market such as Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, or Hospitality, you will change segments to discover new prospecting methods and collaborate with another team.
- In your second year, you will continue as a BDR. You will have the opportunity to apply for the BDR Enterprise position, targeting large accounts (companies with more than 300 employees) or take on the added challenge of conducting discovery meetings and product demonstrations for small businesses.
- These experiences will prepare you for an internal mobility as an Account Executive.
Requirements
- You hold a Master's degree from a business school, with up to two years of professional experience;
- You are enthusiastic, driven by our mission, and eager to share our ambition;
- You are a team player, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- You are eager to learn and grow in new roles;
- You are based in (or willing to relocate to) either Paris or Bordeaux
- Do you have at least one experience (internship, entrepreneurship, student job) in sales/business development?
- Are you comfortable landing a job involving at first mostly cold-calling and prospection?
- Do you have full working proficiency in French, to a level where you can successfully do cold calling in French?
- Do you have advanced proficiency in English?
