About the role
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing for Manufacturing and Wholesale segments.
- Drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects; sometimes manage customer relationships to ensure onboarding success.
- Educate prospects, provide product demos, and onboard key stakeholders for seamless transition from prospect to customer.
- Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to personalize high-touch strategies and ensure excellent prospect experience.
- Contribute to team and company growth by challenging and improving product, methods, and strategy; participate in initiatives to expand customer base.
- Typical sales cycle ~6 months; target companies of 20–300 employees with average ARR ~150K€.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience managing the whole sales cycle (from prospecting to closing).
- Proven track record in prospection and cold-calling.
- Experience closing deals (form indicates at least 2 years successful experience in closing).
- Full working proficiency in French (C2 and above).
- Advanced level in English.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills.
- Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' problems.
- Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
- Ability to collaborate in a small team and learn fast.
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon or Marseille, France.
