Requirements

What you’ll need

You combine a scientific background (actuarial sciences, statistics, mathematics or data science) with a first experience or strong interest in insurance (product, pricing, regulatory or analytics)
You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data, business and legal questions into actionable outputs
You have a builder mindset: you continuously identify opportunities to improve and scale processes and systems
You are willing to deeply change the insurance and healthcare industry and challenge the status quo
You communicate in a clear, structured and to-the-point way in English (written and spoken)
