As a Senior Ops & Product Builder, you will own some of the most critical and ambiguous challenges in the company.
You will shape strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and build solutions with lasting impact on Alan's P&L and member experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have at least 10 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
You are fully fluent in English and Spanish or French or Dutch
You have a high level of structure and strong analytical skills (including Sql fluency for data analysis)
You independently own high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives (typically >10M€/year business impact)
You excel at defining a clear vision and roadmap on your scope, lead product reviews, and drive make-or-buy decisions
You make hard prioritization calls with partial information and manage key external partnerships autonomously
You are a thought leader and implement innovative uses of AI and automation across crews
You are a strong mentor: you make the people around you better, and you drive significant community impact
